Screenbites is a Dorset project which screens films connected with food. And whilst the indie movies play, the audience gets to sample the best in local produce.
After a year-long pause caused by the pandemic, the events restart tonight, when a Bridport-based director shows his food related movie, ‘This Good Earth’.
Organiser Susanne Harding tells Alfred why this film is ‘inspiring’. And she previews next week’s events, which follow a sustainability theme from a Tisbury-based CNN director.
It’s the first time Screenbites has put on events at Hawkers Farm. Susanne tells us why she chose this venue, near Duncliffe Woods. You can find out more about the three films being screened over the next week and book here.
