Rachel Hall has transformed her land at Motcombe’s Gutchpool Farm by planting trees, creating wildflower meadows and rotating areas where animals graze.
On Thursday, three Motcombe residents joined herbalist Kate Scott for her first Gutchpool Farm workshop.
The friends discovered hedgerow foods and remedies. And they saw how foraged food offers greater nutritional value than some fruit bought from supermarkets.
