Shaftesbury artist Maggie Wyman will be exhibiting her work in an open studio this weekend.
84-year-old Maggie went back to school in her sixties to study ‘A’ level art. She says it made a world of difference to her work.
Maggie shares stories from her former life as an antique dealer on Gold Hill and Salisbury Street during our conversation. And she talks about her art, which you can view and buy this Sunday from 11am to 4.30pm, as she shares an exhibition with stain glass artist Maxine Chandler at 25 Mampitts Road.
