British Legion Chairman Reveals Alternative Plans For Poppy Collection

The chairman of Shaftesbury’s Royal British Legion, Robin Miller, says his primary concern is the safety of his members.

Each year, Robin’s Shaftesbury volunteers raise around £20,000 for the charity. But COVID-19 restrictions mean they can’t hold their poppy collection. And their Remembrance Day commemorations will be different.
