Dorset Police is warning that there will be an increase in crime as lockdown restrictions are eased. They are increasing high-visibility patrols to reassure residents.
Chief Constable James Vaughan says his team are preparing for their ‘ busiest summer ever’. Visitors are expected to flood into the county later this year.
Mr Vaughan offers a message of reassurance for residents concerned about large number of tourists descending on Dorset.
