Free Fortnightly Mental WellBeing Walks Starting In Shaftesbury

A series of new, fortnightly wellbeing walks start on Friday, 7th January.

They are being arranged by Lindsay Death, who introduced locals to the concept of forest bathing during September’s Shaftesbury Tree Festival.

Lindsay says grant funding means the sessions will continue throughout 2022. She wants to help walkers improve their sense of mental health and wellbeing by teaching mindfulness techniques during the walks.
