If you’re studying for a career in agriculture, horticulture, countryside or land-based industries, you’re being invited to apply for up to £1,500 from the Gillingham and Shaftesbury Agricultural Society.
The organisers of the Gillingham and Shaftesbury show are making this fund available for a second year.
Matthew Price chairs the project committee and oversaw its launch last year. He says he was pleased with the 2021 response to the grant scheme, and he tells Alfred what sort of applications can be submitted before the 31st May deadline.
