There was a good turnout for the return of Shaftesbury’s Thursday market.
“It’s good to be back and it’s time we got on now,” said Quentin Edwards of Cools Farm in East Knoyle, one of the traders at Shaftesbury’s High Street market, which recommenced yesterday. The stallholders say they’ve had a pleasing response in terrible weather.
