A Shaftesbury woman whose career took a new direction during the pandemic is organising an event to launch her new business.
Lucy Fosh had to leave her job after developing long covid. She considered buying a ‘unidome’ pod for the garden. She felt one of the temporary structures, made by Shaftesbury entrepreneur James Towner-Coston, would offer the perfect workspace.
But as Lucy explains, the pod will now become her business! She will rent it out, decorated to suit whichever occasion. To celebrate the launch of ‘Dome Sweet Dome’, Lucy is planning a two-day mini festival at Shaftesbury Abbey on the 9th and 10th October, with food, live music, entertainment and fun for the kids.
