Welcome to our Twelve Days of Shaftesbury Christmas Shopping! Alfred has teamed up with Shaftesbury Chamber of Commerce to help you shop locally in Shaftesbury this Christmas.
The Chamber contacted Shaftesbury town centre stores and asked their owners and managers to share some inspiring gift ideas. We’ve selected a handful of the most thoughtful recommendations for presents. Each day we’ll share four special suggestions.
Alfred has not received any form of payment for featuring these shops and items. We’re doing this because we want to support our High Street in this difficult year. Let’s work together and support Shaftesbury shops and services.
Remember many town centre stores will be open late on Mondays in December and Bell Street and Angel Lane car parks are free on the Saturdays leading up to Christmas. Don’t exceed the maximum stay, though. Dorset Council can issue you with a penalty ticket if you do. Bah humbug!
