Port Regis School Strides Ahead With Carbon Neutral Plan

In September 2019, James Hardy took Alfred on a tour of Port Regis School and explained their ambitious plans to become carbon neutral by 2025.

Despite the pandemic, staff and students are keen to achieve this goal. Head of Science James tells us what’s been done, so far.

The Motcombe boarding school has sourced a water supply, they are reusing waste food, pupils have planted hundreds of trees and the school has made significant savings by changing pupil behaviour.
