Dorset Council staff have started trying to reach county residents who have been in contact with someone who has received a positive coronavirus test result.
A local team will use council phone, text and email records to try and reach any Dorset residents that the NHS system fails to reach. During the call, residents will also be offered advice, guidance and support to help them isolate safely.
Cllr Laura Miller oversees Adult Social Care and Health for Dorset Council. She tells Alfred how the council staff will make a difference in tackling the pandemic.
