The owners of Shaftesbury’s Two Brewers Inn say they feel persecuted after the latest formal complaint about the business.
Last week, Shaftesbury Town Council asked Dorset Council’s licensing team to consider restricting the number of events in the pub’s garden. It followed a noise complaint from some locals.
Since then, Trading Standards have visited the venue to carry out a full investigation following another complaint. And in the latest incident, a question has been raised about planning consent for the pub’s covered decking.
Landlord Chris Henson-Ball gave Alfred his reaction.
